What is the EcoBeauty Bytes box?  

EcoBeauty Bytes is a subscription box service delivering your monthly dose of natural and organic, skin care and beauty from Lotus Moon Skin Care and Plain Jane Beauty brands. Each month you’ll receive 3-5 full size products from the Lotus Moon and Plain Jane Beauty brands that are seasonally inspired and designed to deliver results e.g. smooth fine lines, reduce breakouts, redness and inflammation. Retail value of $120+ for only $59!

How Much Does The Monthly Subscription Cost?   

EcoBeauty Bytes Box is $59.00/month, including shipping to US residents. International Shipping to select countries is $30 USD. We have prepay options available for 3 months and 6 months at a discount.    

What if I Only Want One Box?   

If you’d like to try out our box or send one to a giftee without having to worry about auto renewals all you have to do is select the “Monthly” plan. On the checkout page, click the "This is a gift" box. This will ensure that the box will not auto-renew.   

Are products in the EcoBeauty Bytes Box full size or sample size? 

Each box will include 3-5 full size products valued at $120+. We may also include sample size products from time to time, but they’ll be considered bonuses gifts for you to indulge in.   

How is the EcoBeauty Bytes Box packaged? 

Our boxes are shipped in beautifully designed boxes and we add recyclable white kraft crinkle paper to pad the contents when shipping fragile items.   

What products will be featured in the boxes?   

EcoBeauty Bytes is excited to be partnering with licensed estheticians who have direct hands-on experience using both Lotus Moon and Plain Jane Beauty products. Each month features a different skin care professional who expertly curates 3-5 full size products ranging from skincare to makeup products. Boxes will differ each month but will include a mix of Lotus Moon skin care and Plain Jane Beauty products. A new versatile eyeshadow color will always be included in each box. 

The box contents are kept secret; however, on social media we post sneak peeks of that month’s featured products. Every box includes a product card with information on the products and how to use them. We will also post tutorials on our Youtube Channel, teaching you how to use the products featured in your Ecobeauty Bytes.   

Is EcoBeauty Bytes Vegan/Vegetarian? 

EcoBeauty Bytes is 100% vegetarian and cruelty free, however, we are not completely vegan. You may often find products that contain honey or beeswax.  

Are the featured products natural, organic, made in USA and cruelty-free? 

Yes. Both Lotus Moon and Plain Jane Beauty are Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free brands. All products are small-batch manufactured and made in the USA using lots of organic goodness. Visit the websites to check ingredients of these brands: Lotus Moon and Plain Jane Beauty.

EcoBeauty Bytes is located in Atlanta, GA, USA.     

Can I customize my EcoBeauty Bytes box?   

Currently, our boxes are not personalized for each customer; however, as our business grows, we will use beauty profiles to cater to each customer’s needs and desires.

How Do I Purchase An EcoBeauty Bytes Box Subscription?

How much does an EcoBeauty Bytes subscription cost? 

EcoBeauty Bytes boxes are $59 per month with a product value at over $120. There are three subscription options: 1 monthly renewal priced at $59.00 per month, You can save a little extra each month if you sign up for a 3 or 6 month plan. You can visit the subscription page to see all the payment options available. Shipping is free within the US.   

Are there hidden fees? 

There are no hidden fees! All you have to do is pay for the subscription.   

Do you accept all cards? 

These are the credit cards and debit cards we accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We also support Paypal, 

I just joined, when will I be billed again?   

Welcome to EcoBeauty Bytes! You will not be billed again until AFTER you have received your first box. Re-billing happens on the 11th of the month, in advance of your next shipment which will ship at the beginning of each month.   

When do I get my first box?  

Sign up on or before the 25th of the month to get next month’s box, which ships the first week of each month. All orders processed after the 25th will ship the month after the upcoming month.     

Will the prepaid subscription automatically renew once I’ve received all of my prepaid boxes? 

All Subscriptions auto-renew following the shipment of your final prepaid box. You can opt out of auto-renew by canceling your subscription at any time within your account. Gifts are one time purchases and not set to auto-renew but upon checkout you have the option to check Automatically renew this subscription.   

Updating Your Account Information   

How do I update my credit card? 

Your credit card information can be updated within your account by clicking ‘edit’ under your payment details.

Have you tried resetting your password? You can reset it here.  If you’re still having trouble, please contact customer service.   

How do I re-subscribe if my plan was cancelled? 

You can re-subscribe within your account by clicking ‘Reactivate’ under your subscription information.   

How do I change the email address on my account?   

You can update your address within your account by clicking ‘edit’ under your account settings.   

I forgot my password, how do I get a new one? 

You can reset your password here.     

Shipping and Handling   

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is free for customers in the US. If you are an international subscriber, shipping costs vary with each country.   

When will my box ship?   

Your EcoBeauty Bytes box will be shipped between the 4th and 6th of each month. This date may change if it falls on a holiday or weekend.   

Do you ship outside the United States?   

We ship to Canada, and many countries in the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping costs are $15 USD for Canada and $30 USD for all other international orders.   

Do you ship to PO, APO, and FPO boxes? 

Yes, we do!   

How long will it take for my box to arrive? 

We are located in Atlanta, GA, USA; therefore, shipping varies on how far our you live. Usually for our USA customers, shipping will take from 2 days to 1 week to arrive. Shipping varies with each of our international customers. Shipping can take 1 week to 1 month for our friends overseas.  

Will EcoBeauty Bytes provide tracking? 

EcoBeauty Bytes will provide tracking updates, so you can be aware of the status of your box.   

How do you ship your boxes? 

For our customers within the US, most of you will receive your EcoBeauty Bytes boxes through the USPS; however, due to the varying shipping costs within the United States, some customers may receive their boxes through FedEx or UPS.   

How do I change my shipping information? 

You can update your shipping address within your account by clicking ‘edit’.   

How do I get an order reshipped because the address was incorrect? 

If your box was returned to EcoBeauty Bytes due to an incorrect address you entered in your account, we can reship your EcoBeauty Bytes box with a shipping cost. The shipping costs will vary depending on the zone you live in. If your box is unable to deliver due to an address error, we can only reship your EcoBeauty Bytes if the mistake was on our part. To avoid these cases, please check if your shipping address is correct on your EcoBeauty Bytes account.   

What do I do if my box tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my box? 

In most cases, if the USPS classifies your package as “delivered,” we cannot ship a replacement box. In order to be considered for a replacement box, email us within 48 hours of your box’s delivery date according to your tracking. Replacement boxes cannot be forwarded to a new address. To avoid these cases, please check if your shipping address is correct on your EcoBeauty Bytes account.   

What do I do if my box is lost in transit? 

Shipping delays may occur from time to time. If your box has been stationary for 3-5 days after initial shipping, contact customer service at hello@ecobeautybytes.com. EcoBeauty Bytes will send you a free replacement box, ONLY if your address is correct in your account and your box is deemed as lost by the USPS. To avoid these cases, please check if your shipping address is correct on your EcoBeauty Bytes account.       

Cancellation & Refund 

How do I cancel my EcoBeauty Bytes Subscription? 

While we hope you'll continue discovering new Lotus Moon and Plain Jane Beauty products, we understand that you may have found the perfect products for your beautiful skin!   If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time. Just head to your "Account Settings" and click the red link under the "Subscriptions" category labeled "Cancel Subscription".    

Once your cancellation is confirmed via email, you will NOT be billed again or receive any additional boxes. However, you must cancel by the 9th of the month, or your cancelation will go into effect the following month and you will still receive the current month’s box. For prepay subscriptions cancellations are not permitted; non-refundable.   

What is your return policy? 

We do not offer exchanges or returns. At this time, we are not setup to personalize our EcoBeauty Bytes boxes. If you received an item that does not thrill you, perhaps you know a friend who may like it. 

What is your refund policy?   

If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the start of order processing and shipping (the 25th of the month). Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have already shipped.
